Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

Cancellation:

You have the option to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us via email at support@flexelevate.com, providing your order information and the reason for cancellation. Our customer service team will respond promptly to assist you. Please note that we cannot cancel orders once the product has been shipped.

7-Day Return Policy:

Images Before Dispatch: Before dispatching your order, we can send images of the product to ensure your satisfaction. If, within 7 days of delivery, you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team to initiate the return process.
  2. Ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  3. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Conditions for Return:

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products must be unworn with original labels.
  • Products should be in the original undamaged box.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Worn, used, altered, or damaged merchandise will not be accepted.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned item and confirming it meets the required criteria, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and custom-made products are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification of receipt. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account first. Contact your credit card company and bank, as there might be processing time. If issues persist, reach out to us at support@flexelevate.com for assistance.
