Shipping Policy
Order Delivery Timeframe: You can expect to receive your item within 15 – 20 days of placing your order. Our shipping policy is outlined below to provide you with a clear understanding.
Delivery Time Breakdown: The order delivery time consists of two parts:
- Processing Time: 3-5 working days.
- Shipping Time: 10-15 working days.
During peak seasons and sales events, delivery may take slightly longer.
Express Delivery: We also offer express delivery (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays) for orders placed before 19:30 on Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within two days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays).
Customs Fees and Import Duties: Your package may be subject to customs fees and import duties in the destination country. The recipient is responsible for all incurred duties and taxes. Flex Elevate cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
Delivery Process: In most cases, delivery takes 10-15 days. We ship via DHL/UPS/FEDEX/EMS, and the product is handed to your local post office upon arrival in your country. Delivery times vary by country based on the efficiency of your postal service.
Customs or Taxes Charges: Please do not refuse the package due to customs or taxes charges. The carrier cannot return the items unless these fees are paid. If the package is abandoned in customs, a refund cannot be offered.
Incorrect or Missing Address: For orders returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order, but additional shipping charges will apply.

- United States: 6-12 Business days
- Canada, Europe: 8-15 Business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 8-15 Business days
- Central & South America: 10-20 Business days
- Asia: 8-15 Business days
- Africa: 15-30 Business days
Maximum Delivery Time: 30 business days.
This does not include our 2-5 day processing time.
All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.
Tracking Information: Each order will be processed within 2-5 business days using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Tracking Number: You will receive an automatic tracking code via email a few days after placing your order. If you’ve received a shipment notification, allow 3 to 5 business days for the tracking information to update.

Missing Tracking Code: If the expected time has passed, and the tracking code hasn’t been reported, please contact us immediately via email at support@flexelevate.com.
Multiple Shipments: Please note that your order may be split into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you will be notified and provided with a tracking number for each separate shipment.
